A Victory for the People of Colorado in Brown v. Long Romero

Members of the team at Leventhal Puga Braley P.C., Bruce Braley and Alex Wilschke, successfully argued a case before the Colorado Supreme Court on behalf of the firm’s clients in Brown v. Long Romero, 2021 CO 67. Our clients experienced the loss of their child at Denver Center for Birth and Wellness due to malpractice that had taken place during their infant’s labor and delivery.
