About Brian Aleinikoff
Brian Aleinikoff is a Denver native who attended Carleton College in Minnesota. He majored in Biology and minored in Spanish, and then traveled East to Boston for a Master's in Molecular and Cellular Biology. This advanced knowledge has provided him with a deeper understanding of the complex medical malpractice cases he works on.
Brian began his legal career with a large Minneapolis firm. However, after several years, he decided to move back to his home, Denver. Brian has focused much of his practice on medical malpractice cases, representing families and individuals whose injuries were caused by medical professionals who failed to take the necessary precautions to protect their patients. Brian is honored to represent his clients, and he is moved by the courage and perseverance they demonstrate in the face of tragedy and hardships. He is currently licensed to practice in Colorado, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Brian's community engagement reflects his strong commitment to justice and his desire to see everyone receive the legal assistance they deserve, regardless of their background or financial situation.
