Hollynd Hoskins has successfully represented clients in more than 100 criminal and civil jury trials and has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar settlements and favorable verdicts for her clients. Hollynd’s practice emphasizes medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, auto litigation, and select criminal defense representation. Hollynd successfully represented multiple patients infected with Hepatitis C at Rose Medical Center, has had numerous acquittals in criminal trials, including a complete acquittal on fourteen criminal counts, including six counts of First Degree Murder, and a complete acquittal in eight criminal counts, including First Degree Murder.
