Ben Sachs

Ben Sachs began his legal career in 1981 as a Legal Aid attorney practicing in Denver. After Legal Aid, Ben worked for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General, where he did trial work and appeals. Ben then co-founded a litigation firm specializing in nursing home litigation, civil rights, and the rights of people who are elderly or disabled. Ben also worked for the Attorney General’s Office of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ Civil Division, where he worked as an Assistant Attorney General and as the Civil Division Chief, supervising an office of more than twenty attorneys. At Leventhal & Puga since 2006, Ben currently specializes in the practice areas of Civil Appeals, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and Rights of the Elderly.
