Ben Sachs began his legal career in 1981 as a Legal Aid attorney practicing in Denver. After Legal Aid, Ben worked for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General, where he did trial work and appeals. Ben then co-founded a litigation firm specializing in nursing home litigation, civil rights, and the rights of elderly and disabled people. Ben also worked for the Attorney General’s Office of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ Civil Division, where he served as an Assistant Attorney General and as the Civil Division Chief, supervising an office of more than twenty attorneys. Ben has been with Leventhal Puga Braley P.C. since 2006.

Ben was a Founding Member of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities, the first pooled trust in Colorado.
